Baseline Services:
- Comprehensive inspection of all moving parts.
- Calibration and alignment checks.
- Cleaning of print heads and build platforms.
- Firmware updates and software diagnostics.
- Lubrication of necessary components.
- Inspection of wiring and electrical components.
- Upgrading outdated firmware or software.
- Deep cleaning of clogged extruders.
- Replacement of old or damaged belts. (Replacement part cost will apply.)
- Replacement of worn-out print head assemblies. (Replacement part cost will apply.)
Baseline Prices - Service Packages:
- Every Two Months, per Machine: $225.00
- Every Three Months (Quarterly) per Machine: $250.00
- Every Six Months, per Machine: $275.00
- Once a Year, per Machine: $300.00
Additional Costs: Accounts in and around Orange County, California, and Chicago, Illinois: Minimal additional fees. Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino counties: Additional fees based on travel time. All other locations: Travel fees are calculated based on distance from the closest service hub (either Orange County or Chicago).
